Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty has launched “Within Our Walls: The Art Series,” turning select offices into gallery-style spaces to showcase local and emerging artists.
The debut installation at the Greenvale office in Wheatley Plaza features works by Long Island contemporary artist Jennifer de Klaver, whose abstract pieces are described as exploring the connection between art and home. The artist paints in both Southampton and New York City.

The installation launches a traveling exhibit that will rotate among Daniel Gale Sotheby’s offices across Long Island, Brooklyn and Queens, aiming to create spaces for clients, agents and neighbors while highlighting the firm’s ties to art, design and local culture.
“Partnering with Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty on Within Our Walls felt natural. The series defines the line between art, design, and how we live,” de Klaver said in a news release about the initiative. “Just as each home tells a story, each painting captures a feeling and frequency meant to live with us, to inspire and reflect who we are every day.”
“’Within Our Walls’ is a fresh expression of the Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty brand, where art, design and marketing intersect, shaping how we present homes and how we connect with people,” Deirdre O’Connell, CEO of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty said in the news release.
“This series is more than an art installation, it’s an innovative way to bring our agents, clients and communities together around what inspires us, O’Connell added. “Turning our offices into gallery spaces fosters collaboration, sparks creativity and conversation, and strengthens the camaraderie that drives our success.”
The exhibit will be on display in Greenvale through Nov. 25.
