Her artwork advanced to the state level, where she earned first place among Alabama third graders.
“Caroline didn’t stop there… she also placed second in the Deep South Region (Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi and Tennessee), and her drawing has now advanced to the national competition for judging.
Pearson was invited to attend the State Garden Club meeting on April 29 in Gardendale, where she was recognized for her outstanding achievement.
“Congratulations, Caroline! Your hard work and creativity continue to shine, and we are so proud of you,” Butler said.
