The Tuesday Portrait Group in Keighley meets twice a month at Inner Light, a pop-up gallery/art shop opposite Boots and Next in the Airedale Centre, Keighley.

The group welcomes both beginners and established artists, providing informal tuition and support for those who need it.

Participants can pay as much as they are able, with a suggested contribution of between £10 and £15 per session.

The drawing sessions run from 1.30pm to 3.30pm, with a short break at around 2.45pm for tea and coffee, which is included in the price.

Artists are required to bring their own drawing materials and paper.

Suitable materials include pencils, charcoal, oil pastels, watercolour, acrylic, or gouache paints.

However, pastels that create dust and oil paint are not suitable for use in the public space.

The group meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, with a maximum of six artists per session.

To book a place, interested artists should contact Martin Cosgrove, Fine Artist, on 07868 529434.

The group is open to those aged 16 and over.

Inner Light is a pop-up gallery/shop in Keighley Airedale Centre, opposite Boots the Chemist and Next.
