Alan Young welcomes you to join him in a drawing session. Living with Dystonia, a movement disorder, Young is interested in creating a comfortable and inclusive environment for people living with disabilities to engage with creative practice.

About Spotlight on Sports
Alan Young’s body of work explores the perspective of participants, spectators and umpires in sports. Young’s energetic and vivid palette celebrates and reflects on inclusivity, performance and controversies.
Alan Young is a painter based in Hobart, Tasmania. Young trained in Fine Art at the University of Tasmania and graduated with a Master’s in Fine Art (Research) in 2005. He is currently represented by Colville Gallery Tasmania.
