OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — You can check out youth art from Tioga County this weekend.
Paintings and illustrations from Waverly, Spencer Van Etten, Newark Valley, and other high schools will be on display. There will also be sculptures and ceramics.
You can view the exhibit tonight from 5 PM to 8 PM and Saturday from noon to 4 PM at the Tioga Arts Council in Owego.
