Ever wondered how your favourite LEGO Castle knights, wizards, and other medieval characters might have been depicted in medieval times?
LEGO Castle is easily one of the more popular classic themes from the LEGO Group, still pulling in fans decades on from its first early sets, as evidenced in the positive reception to throwback sets like 10305 Lion Knights’ Castle and 10332 Medieval Town Square. Part of that joy comes from the surprisingly in-depth world that LEGO Castle built up, with various factions and identities developed for the minifigures.
Artist Luke Anderson has brought those familiar characters to life in a new and impressive way, drawing the once-minifigure people in the style of medieval drawings. From knights and lords to wizards and forestwomen, there are various vibrant artworks based on the LEGO theme, with fun nods to the lore woven neatly into the drawings.
Some characters are more generic, like the various helmeted knights, but there are some familiar unique characters too, like the Wolf Raider with an eyepatch that many long-term fans might remember from sets like 6075 Wolfpack Tower, all the way back in 1992.
