The ‘Drawing with Mixed Paper Collage’ session will take place at The Green Howards Museum in Richmond on April 28.

Running from 1pm to 3pm, the workshop promises a calm, creative space for visitors to unwind and connect through art.

A spokesman for The Green Howards Museum said: “Visitors looking for a gentle and enjoyable way to spend an afternoon are invited to a welcomingnew art workshop at The Green Howards Museum this spring.

“Taking place on Tuesday 28 April from 1pm to 3pm, Drawing with Mixed Paper Collage offers acalm, creative space to unwind, try something new, and meet others in a friendly setting.”

The session will be led by local artist Lynn Ward, who will guide participants through simple techniques using paper, colour and pencil to create their own unique artwork.

No previous experience is needed, and all materials will be provided.

Tickets cost £20 and advance booking is recommended due to limited availability.

The Green Howards Museum is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 4.30pm, with last entry at 4pm.
