Mr Mosley has worked as Team GB’s official artist for four years but could not attend the Tokyo Olympics because of the pandemic.
Instead, he painted a 50m long mural in London’s Carnaby Street for the public to see.
“The sad thing is it had to be painted over, so it all this work disappeared,” he said.
“But now I’ve been able to do it on canvas so they’ll exist for ever, these moments and memories will be there for eternity.”
He described his style as “expressionist, following the lines of Picasso and Matisse”, and uses real 24 carat gold and platinum leaf in his pieces to reflect the gold, silver and bronze medals.
