Head to head with Oasis
It was The Sun that reported the former Destiny’s Child megastar would go head-to-head with Oasis for ticket sales in London – with millions of fans expected to rush to get seats to the shows.
A music source told us at the time: “Beyoncé is about to raise the roof. The demand for tickets will be just like Oasis’ and will rival the rush of fans to get their hands on a seat.
“2025 is going to be an incredible year for live music.”
Setlist predictions
Cowboy Carter tour, aptly named after Beyonce’s eighth studio album, will kick off in April, 2025.
It will be Beyonce’s fifth all-stadium tour and fans are anticipating to hear the songs from the latest album.
With discography as vast as Beyonce’s, it’s nearly impossible to predict what other songs would make the cut.
However, fans are certain that tracks from Renaissance album won’t be making a comeback as they were performed at the last tour.
Brass and dancers – what to expect on Cowboy Carter tour
Beyoncé gave the world a high-profile preview of how Cowboy Carter’s material will play out live, in a Christmas Day half-time show during an NFL game in Houston.
Featuring special guests including Post Malone, Shaboozey and her daughter Blue Ivy, she ran through a medley of Cowboy Carter tracks complete with live brass sections and dozens of dancers.
Opening act revealed?
Although Beyonce hasn’t announced if there will be a supporting act or who it might be, fans have already made some guesses.
Shaboozey has been the most popular option as he collaborated with the pop legend on Cowboy Carter and performed alongside her at NFL halftime show last December.
His music is known for blending hip-hop, country, rock and Americana genres, and he received five Grammy nominations this year.
During red carpet interview at Grammy’s, Shaboozey acted mysterious when asked about Beyonce’s tour.
He said: “I can’t speak on that. We keep that tight-lipped.“
He also added: “She’s a magician, and she always has a plan. So if I’m a part of that plan, I’m ready for it.”
