Rumours have been rife that Martha Stewart could be heading to Bravo reality TV show The Real Housewives of New York City. However, Page Six recently confirmed that it is in fact her long-time make-up artist that the network is considering bringing on board, Daisy Toye.

Toye has worked with Stewart for more than 17 years. In that time, she’s become the creative force behind many of Stewart’s most radiant looks – from perfectly lit Instagram selfies to the history-making 2023 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover.
Here’s what you need to know about Toye before she joins the ranks of RHONY’s glamorous cast.
She’s more than just Martha Stewart’s make-up artist

Toye is more than a make-up artist to Stewart – the two share a close bond. Many of Stewart’s Instagram pictures are taken by Toye, who once told Page Six that she knows Stewart’s face better than her own. Toye also appears regularly on Stewart’s blog, where she occasionally shares glimpses of her life, including time spent with friends and family.
Before working with Stewart, Toye was part of the renowned Rita Hazan Salon in New York, doing make-up for Stewart’s magazine, Martha Stewart Living. Her big break came when the lifestyle mogul’s editor-in-chief called Toye to ask if she could fill in for an absent make-up artist.
“Then she started booking me every day,” Toye recalled in an interview with People. “I’m literally with her five days a week. Sometimes more. I see her more than I see my mother.”
