Bay, known worldwide for hits like ‘Hold Back the River’ and ‘Let It Go’, has spent over a decade in the spotlight, perfecting his signature blend of folk, rock, and pop. With a new album, Changes All the Time, the British artist is feeling more inspired than ever, excited to share his latest work with audiences around the globe.

Reflecting on his career, the multi-Grammy nominee said: “I’m trying to relax in my skin more and more onstage. You get one go at it every night live. I want to blow someone away. I want to impress them. That’s the best thing in the world.”

In his latest work, Bay channels some of his biggest musical influences like Aretha Franklin and Ray Charles, admiring not only their natural gifts but also how they commanded the stage with confidence and conviction.

“Aretha and Ray were certainly gifted and born with something natural,” he said, “but the way they harnessed those gifts and delivered such moving performances is what I strive for.”

This tour will feature an intimate blend of new tracks from Changes All the Time and fan favourites, promising a powerful and emotional experience. With sold-out performances in venues like Madison Square Garden and Fenway Park, and collaborations with artists like Noah Kahan, Bay is ready to bring that energy to his dedicated South African fanbase.

Tickets to the Cape Town and Johannesburg shows will be available here from 30 October.
