Deniz Undav’s place in Germany’s Euro 2024 squad was confirmed by a tattoo artist on Wednesday.
Deniz Undav will be part of Germany’s squad for this summer’s European Championship on home soil.
His inclusion was confirmed on Wednesday by tattoo artist Toogone Tattooing, in collaboration with the German Football Association, on Instagram.
Earlier on Wednesday, handball club TVB Stuttgart released a video endorsing Undav for Euro 2024. This was interpreted by many as confirmation that the striker had been nominated, but it was the tattoo page that made the actual confirmation later on.
Julian Nagelsmann’s full squad will be announced on Thursday, but most of the included players have already been revealed by the DFB.
