Natasha Richardson’s Makeup Artist Shares Personal Letter From Liam Neeson originally appeared on Parade.
Natasha Richardson has been back in the news following her tragic death in 2009 — and the reason is something quite beautiful. Richardson’s husband, Liam Neeson, has been romantically linked to Pamela Anderson, and people all over the globe are loving their vibe.
On August 2, Richardson’s makeup artist Sandy Linter shared a personal note that she received from Neeson after she did Richardson’s funeral makeup.
“I worked with Natasha Richardson several times. I got the news that she’d struck her head and died from the injury she sustained while skiing. I was asked to make her up while she was ‘lying in state’. An Irish custom. She looked like a queen,” Linter captioned an Instagram post.
“2 months later I got a call from Liam Neeson. I went to his apartment- he asked me if I were doing well. I said yes. And then he said ‘I know what I’ll do’ and he came back and handed me this note. He’s such a good guy. Like everyone else I’m so happy for him,” she added.
Linter shared a photo of the letter that she received from Neeson, which was typed out and signed by the actor.
“My family and I are so appreciative of what you did for our Natasha. We were deeply touched by your gesture, and realize how difficult it must have been for you. It meant so much to all of us. Thank you so much,” the letter read.
Fans reacted to the post in the comments section.
“Lovely. I feel like this is one of the reasons everyone is so happy for him and Pamela: he appeared to grieve his wife deeply, fully and respectfully. It’s very touching,” one person wrote.
“Thank you so much for sharing all this with us Sandy. You’re amazing and you have a big heart,” someone else said.
