Aoife McDermott is the owner of Dream Deli, a tiny craft company in Dublin that specialises in unique deli-themed products like hash brown keychains and incense burners shaped like chicken rolls.
Aoife shared a picture of her first professionally made hair accessory a sturdy clip, which is sixteen euro, black-and-white clip and opens in the middle to secure hair in place, that resembles a gleaming pint of Guinness.
“It’s been a dream of mine to create something like this and to reach a certain level of real life designer, from sourcing my manufacturer to drawing the pint to picking the acetate, engraving details and more,” Aoife said on Instagram.
On Instagram and TikTok, the post received hundreds of likes and shares before being swiftly reshared by well-known Irish sites and celebrities. Three days after it was originally made available for pre-order, the clip was sold out by Monday.
