Dion Kitson has designed and hand-cut 1,000 notes in memory of Ozzy Osbourne, who died aged 76 on 22 July.
The Prince of Darkness replaces the King on the £5, £10, £20 and £50 notes, which have now completely sold out.
All the notes have different images of Ozzy and images from throughout his life and metal career.
30 per cent of all the proceeds from the sale of the notes will go towards Parkinson’s UK, Mr Kitson said.
Posting on social media, he said: “I decided to speed up the process for the Bank of England!
“This is my tribute to the amazing man, The Prince Of Darkness, Birmingham’s Son.”

Artists behind Dudley Sam Allardyce mural come forward
Each note is complete with an Ozzy “F*** You” UV watermark and a disclaimer reminding people it is not legal tender.
As well as the notes, Mr Kitson has also created a giant mural of the Black Sabbath frontman that adorns the side of the Travelodge hotel on the corner of Granville Street and Broad Street in Birmingham.
Mr Kitson made headlines for another one of his creations recently, being the brains behind the viral Sam Allardyce mural in Dudley, with Big Sam himself giving it his stamp of approval.
