If ever a man did his share of the ironing, it would be Canberra-based, internationally celebrated artist Benjamin Shine.
The British-born 47-year-old produces lifelike portraits which, from a distance, might look like they are by a traditional draftsman. Yet Shine, whose first exhibition in Sydney opened last week, rarely picks up a brush or a pencil.
