Held at St Mary’s Church, The Kirkby Lonsdale Art Society’s annual event will run from August 5 to 9 between 10am and 5pm daily.
This year the proceeds raised from the raffle will be donated to St Mary’s Church and the Kirkby Lonsdale Fire Disaster Recovery Fund following on from the incident on December 8, 2024.
A spokesperson from the Society said: “This exhibition offers a chance for local artists and creative people to display their work to residents and visitors of the town.
“Also there will be an original painting by William Jones, the KLAS president, which will be raffled at the exhibition, so one lucky visitor to the show could be walking away with a brilliant framed painting.”
Some of the artists involved include Bernadette Jones, Hannah Barrett, Trish Ainsworth, Sue Cooper, Dianne Davison, Dave Hacking, Rose Hirons, Paul Johnson, Joanne Mellings, Karen Morton, Liz Sumner and Shelagh Worsick.
