Homeless artist Richard Carrie films a typical day on the streets of Melbourne. ‘The first 20 minutes of waking up is probably the worst part of the day,’ Richard says as he packs up his sleeping bag. Over the course of the day Richard relies on the facilities of the local library, works on his paintings and chats to passersby, before retiring to his favoured sleeping spot.
