Every Taylor Swift ‘The Life of a Showgirl’ vinyl variant and album cover (so far)

The Life of a Showgirl currently has seven different variants and five different album covers. Here’s what’s been revealed so far on Taylor’s store.

Taylor Swift‘s The Life of a Showgirl is set to be released on October 3rd and now we’ve officially got confirmation that there’s several different variants with five different album covers… so far!

Since announcing the release of The Life of a Showgirl, Taylor has unveiled three vinyl variants, four CD variants and one cassette tape featuring the original album cover.

On top of that, there’s also currently five (!) different album covers and every single one looks absolutely incredible. The photos, shot by the legendary Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott who also worked with Taylor on Reputation, feature Taylor as five different ‘Showgirls’.

Here’s a closer look at every single one of Taylor’s limited edition The Life of a Showgirl variants.

Taylor Swift The Life of a Showgirl variant 1 – ‘Sweat and Vanilla Perfume’ edition (Orange)

The green and orange album cover is the original artwork for the album, as shown by Taylor in the New Heights podcast.

There is currently one vinyl, one CD and one cassette tape available of this variant on her site.

Taylor also released a limited edition ‘Sweat and Vanilla Perfume’ CD variant, complete with a stack of photos and a piece of jewellery. However, as it was a limited edition piece, it’s now longer able to purchase on her website. There is a possibility that it will be restocked when the album releases in October so keep your eyes peeled!

Taylor Swift The Life of a Showgirl variant 4 – ‘It’s Beautiful’ edition (White)

Taylor Swift The Life of a Showgirl variants 5 and 6 – The Shiny Bug edition vinyl

After an intense four hour countdown, Taylor unveiled the first two vinyl variants for The Life of a Showgirl.

If you don’t fancy the OG orange version, the Shiny Bug edition (which features two separate, different pressings – Wintergreen & Onyx and Violet Shimmer) will be a limited release, and they will both be the first and only releases of these two variants.

Both variants will be on Taylor’s website for a short time and will not be available to purchase again later down the line.

This variant also features a brand new album cover variant, featuring Taylor in a stunning embellished corseted bodysuit and gloves.
