The completed Frankencopter 4, seen stationed outside the workshop, is not intended to fly or drive. According to builder Chuck Teschke, the project was conceived as “Static Industrial Art,” a visual installation created entirely from decommissioned and contaminated parts. Cost constraints and artistic intent guided the decision to keep the hybrid grounded.
