CASPER, Wyo. — Downtown Casper filled with color Saturday morning thanks to the 14th annual Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival. The celebration also serves as the kick-off to the Central Wyoming Fair and Rodeo.
Participants were treated to a pancake breakfast prior to registration, and then they took to the streets, turning downtown into one big canvas.
The CWFR kicked off on Friday and continues through July 13. The full schedule of events can be found online here.
