MUSKEGON, Mich. (WOOD) — The Lakeshore Art Festival took place this weekend, drawing crowds to downtown Muskegon.
The annual festival bills itself as “a unique blend of fine art, handcrafted goods, music, food, and fun.” This year, the theme was “Flower Power.”
