Iconic Marvel artist Michael Turner‘s legacy will be celebrated with an officially licensed deluxe coffee table-sized hardcover book. CBR can exclusively reveal that the crowdfunding campaign for The Marvel Art of Michael Turner will come with an exclusive Mystery Tier with special rewards for fans.
The Marvel Art of Michael Turner is a 184-page 9″x12″ high-end hardcover book complete with a stunning dust jacket and slipcase editions. The upcoming Kickstarter campaign for the book will also come with exclusive items including 11×17 art prints, metal prints and carts, collectible trading cards, stickers and a 1,000-piece puzzle. CBR has exclusive information about the campaign’s Mystery Tier level, which will feature five different tipped-in pencil art pieces, five holo foil cards and five mini prints. Holofoil artwork from the Mystery Tier level of the campaign includes artwork of Silver Surfer, Spider-Man, and Wolverine, while the tip-in sketches showcase characters like The Hulk, The Fantastic Four, Captain America and Thor.

Comic Artists Celebrate Turner’s Legacy
Michael Turner was a comic artist known for his work on Witchblade, Fathom, Soulfire, and Superman/Batman, as well as his iconic covers for both DC Comics and Marvel. He died in 2008 at the age of 37 from complications related to bone cancer.
