ISLAMABAD, Jul 26 (APP):Governor  Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, on Friday highlighted the remarkable talent of the people of Pakistan and stressed the importance of encouraging individuals involved in the arts.

He said this while speaking at an art exhibition held at the Pakistan National Council of Arts in Islamabad, accompanied by Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani and Punjab Provincial Assembly member Amina Sheikh.

Governor Faisal Kundi underscored that artists play a crucial role in presenting a positive image of the country through their works.

Faisal Kundi noted that, now more than ever, there is a need for artistic exhibitions and other positive activities. He expressed deep interest in the displayed artworks and praised the performance of young artists, encouraging them to align their craft with current trends and to continually improve their skills.

The Governor stressed the necessity of developing an effective strategies and measures to enhance the field of fine arts in Pakistan.

He urged artists to stay informed about contemporary trends and explore new dimensions in their work.

Governor Kundi also congratulated the organizers for the successful exhibition and expressed hope that similar events will soon be held in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which he believes will surely attract public interest.

Governor Kundi said that such exhibitions inspire students to advance and work harder, enhance their intellectual and creative skills, and contribute to societal reform.  He emphasized that these exhibitions not only promote art but also help preserve regional crafts and skills, and should continue to be held regularly.
