Town of Erin

ERIN – Elementary school students are invited to participate in an art contest to honour public works staff in the Town of Erin.

The competition is ahead of National Public Works Week, May 19th to 25th.

Artists in grades one to six can submit a drawing by April 30th celebrating public works and what they do to maintain the town.

The best drawings will be featured at the annual Touch-A-Truck event on May 25th. Students can meet public works staff, see vehicles and even sit inside the big trucks and equipment. That event runs from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Drawings can be dropped off at Erin Town Hall or emailed to communications@erin.ca.
