‘Making Her Mark: Stories through print, paint and drawing’, an exhibition by four women artists, will be displayed in the Fitzrovia Gallery this autumn.

The artists — Annie Burrows, Zinta Jaunitis, IIona Pimbert and Marigold Plunkett — will show their work from 3 to 8 September 2024, in an exhibition that marks the first time that these artists present their work with each other.

The artists use paint, print and drawing to present themes of “transience and dichotomy”. They express the “female experience” and use their art to “speak to the tensions of the artist’s inner and outer world.”

There will be a gallery walking tour by the artists at 2pm, Saturday 7 September.

“Making Her Mark” from 3 to 8 September 2024 at The Fitzrovia Gallery, 139 Whitfield Street, London, W1T 5EN. Admission is free, and the gallery is open to the public weekdays and Saturday from 12noon to 6 pm, and Sunday 12noon to 4pm.
