The Hornsby Art Prize is organised and sponsored by Hornsby Shire Council and delivered in partnership with the Hornsby Art Society. This year the non-acquisitional art prize has total prize money of $23,000, with $10,000 for the major prize. Categories include Painting, Drawing, Printmaking, Sculpture and Digital Art Stills/Digital Photography. Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
The winner will be chosen by a panel of three esteemed judges and announced on 25 October 2024.
The Hornsby Art Prize finalist’s exhibition will be held at Wallarobba Arts and Cultural Centre, Hornsby, from 25 October until 10 November 2024. Tuesday – Sunday, 10am-4pm, free entry.
