New Bedford Research and Robotics (NBRR) will demonstrate their innovative robot in a live drawing demonstration. From 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., attendees can watch NBRR’s robot strike “poses” while drawing in FR MoCA’s 44 Troy space. After the live drawing demonstration, participants will be guided to FRACC’s Ignition Space at 44 Troy.

At FRACC’s Ignition Space, artist Ruth Douzinas will lead an insightful artist talk from 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Ruth, a New York-based artist and environmental engineer, will discuss her collaboration with NBRR and explore themes of environmental sustainability and human ingenuity in her work.

This event is free and open to the public. Materials will be provided, and no experience is necessary. Participants of all skill levels and ages are welcome.
