Sarah Hill, of Colchester, is co-hosting the Sunday art and lunch event alongside Tertia Ringwood at Abbotts Hall Farm nature reserve, in Maldon Road, Great Wigborough, on Sunday.
Abbotts Hall Farm is owned by the Essex Wildlife Trust and artists will have the chance to draw the rural landscape from 11am until 4pm.
There will be an indoor studio life drawing session, landscape painting from within a bird-watching hide and outdoor sketching.
The event costs £95 per person and includes all art materials and a home-cooked lunch.
It’s open to beginners seeking guidance and seasoned artists looking to hone their skills.
Sarah said: “I’m very excited about this event as I am combining my two passions of art and cooking by facilitating a day of life drawing and landscape painting with a three-course lunch.
“This isn’t just about art; it’s about reconnecting with the natural world.
“Attendees can experiment with paints, pastels, charcoal, and inks to depict the human form, the thriving plant life, diverse wildlife, and the broader story of human impact on the environment.
“It’s all in support of Essex Wildlife Trust’s ambitious goal to restore 30 per cent of Essex to nature by 2030.”
