It’s the season of showgirls and Taylor Swift is taking center stage.
After dropping her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, on Friday, Oct. 3, the pop star graced fans with additional images of the album’s artwork, some of which revealed the singer in new looks that we’ve got the details on.
In the photos, Swift, 35, can be seen wearing two flashy chainmail dresses that leave little to the imagination in the design. Turns out, the bedazzled minis were custom made by New York-based designer, Kelsey Randall, who wrote on Instagram about how collaborating with Swift’s glam team turned out to be a “fashion girl’s dream.”

One of the outfits is a see-through plunging mini covered in what appears to be emerald and white gemstones and is styled on Swift with fishnet tights and bejeweled ankle strap heels. But even though the dress was made especially for the Grammy winner, a nearly exact version of the dress is sold on Randall’s website for $3,495 — you’ll just have to wait around 10 weeks to receive it.
Product photos also reveal that the design, called the Celine, is super cheeky, featuring an open back and nothing but embellishments and metal covering the backside.

The second look — a similar chainmail number covered in iridescent stones and fringe — is seen on Swift in a boudoir setting. This one, Randall revealed on her Instagram Stories, took 13 days to finish. A likely nod to the star’s famed favorite number? We think so.
Randall has worked with Suki Waterhouse, Julia Fox, and Kacey Musgraves and wrote that collaborating with Swift was “the honor of my career.”
“A million thank yous to @josephcassell1 for including me in this project and @kileyogle for coordinating it all!” she wrote on Instagram, tagging Swift’s stylists.

The Life of a Showgirl era has been nothing short of a fashion show that fans have been deep-diving into since the singer first announced the project in August on her fiancé Travis Kelce‘s New Heights podcast.
One of the first major ensembles to come out of album was an ultra skin-baring showgirl costume pulled from the Bob Mackie archives and, to no one’s surprise, right from Las Vegas.

On Aug. 18, the costume designer noted that the bra, arm bands and undergarments seen on Swift were co-designed with Pete Menefee and was one of the 1,000+ costumes featured in the Las Vegas production, Jubilee!, which ran from 1981 to 2016.
When the vinyl edition of the album was revealed on Sept. 24, there was even more fashion to dissect, especially with the Miss Americana star rocking a whole new gemstone-inspired outfit sourced from The Blonds (that we must say was in the same caliber of bling as Swift’s newly acquired engagement ring).
